Here are a few things to check when your cat needs help.
Find and use a file
Search your Inbox, or pin files you use often. Double-click to open. To use a file elsewhere, drag its icon to another app or folder to export a copy.
Where did my file go?
Collected files move into the local Inbox. Finish keeps the file in Pending Cleanup; it does not delete it. Use Restore or Move to put a file back or archive it.
A file will not move or restore
Check that the destination folder exists, is writable, and is available if it is on an external drive. If a same-named file is present, choose Keep Both, Replace Existing or Cancel.
Desktop collection is not working
Open the paw menu and check Desktop Collection. Authorize or choose your Desktop folder, then start collection when you want it.
Auto-Import is not collecting
Keep MewLater running, confirm that Auto-Import is not paused, and check that the selected folder is available. You can open or change it from the paw menu.
The website demo ate my PDF
The website uses virtual example files. It does not read, upload or move your real files.
